Starting an application

Sign in, choose a reserved sector from the dashboard, then complete the guided form. Your progress is saved automatically as you go.

Uploading documents

Accepted formats are shown against each document in the Document centre. Files are checked by a Ministry reviewer after upload — you’ll be notified if anything needs replacing.

Queries from the Ministry

If a reviewer needs more information, your application status changes to “Queried” and you can respond directly from the application detail screen.
